At Level 1: At the base level When an enemy hits within 50 meters, the shooter will be marked for 3 seconds (the only user can see). The first shot of on the marked enemy will obtain an additional 10% armor penetration. The cooldown time is the 60s.
At Level 2: When an enemy within 50 meters, the shooter will be marked for 4 seconds (only users can see). The first shot of on the marked enemy will have an additional 30% armor penetration and Cooldown time decreases to 50s.
At Level 3: When an enemy within 50 meters, the shooter will be marked for 5 seconds (only users can see). The first shot of on the marked enemy will have an additional 50% armor penetration and Cooldown time decreases to 40s.
At Level 4: When an enemy within 50 meters, the shooter will be marked for 6 seconds (only users can see). The first shot of on the marked enemy will have an additional 70% armor penetration and Cooldown time decreases to 30s.
At Level 5: When an enemy within 50 meters, the shooter will be marked for 7 seconds (only users can see). The first shot of on the marked enemy will have an additional 90% armor penetration and the Cooldown time decreases to 20s.
At Level 6: When an enemy within 50 meters, the shooter will be marked for 8 seconds (only users can see). The first shot on the marked enemy will have an additional 100% armor penetration and the Cooldown time decreases to 10s.
At the maximum level when the opponent hits within 50m will be marked and have a 100% armor penetration with a cooldown time of 10 s.
Looking at the importance of this skill, it is quite an OP skill. With 100% armor penetration on the first shot, the marked player can almost guarantee one-shot weapons such as shotguns and sniper rifles.
